Neil Sweren founded Allymac Mortgage Services in 1997. Originating
loans since 1985, Neil wanted to create a place where people
knew they could get honest advice and a great deal on their
mortgage. Allymac has since joined the Southern Trust Mortgage
family and offers a wide range of mortgage programs to its customers
but its Renovation Loan department specializes in loans for
Home Improvements (sometimes referred to as Home Improvement
Loans) and loans for New Construction.
